High Frequency Hydraulic Breaker

A high frequency breaker that drives a piston through centrifugal force rather than a single large impact stroke. Because the blows arrive far more frequently, the tool not only breaks the material directly under it but also fractures the surrounding structure through continuous vibration — which is why output per hour is higher than a conventional piston breaker of the same carrier class.

  • Open pit and underground mining — copper, coal, iron ore
  • Breaking manganese silicon ingots at steelworks ladles
  • Railway and tunnel excavation in weathered rock; roadbed compaction
  • Road repair, concrete pavement breaking, slope breaking

A note on performance claims

Manufacturer test data indicates output of 3–5 times the volume achieved by a conventional piston breaker in comparable conditions. Output depends heavily on rock type, jointing and operator technique, so we would rather discuss your specific site than quote a single multiplier. Ask us for reference details.
